Still You

A Motherhood Reset

You don't need to find your old self.
You need to figure out how to be yourself in this new life.

A four-week guided experience for a small group of moms navigating the first year of motherhood.

You love your baby.
You might even love being a mom.
And still...

“I just don't know who I am anymore.”

“Why is this so hard?”

“Am I doing a bad job?”

“Why do my needs always come last?”

“Why is asking for help so damn hard?”

If you've thought any of those things, you're not doing motherhood wrong.

You're a person navigating one of the biggest changes of your life — and almost everything you've been taught to prepare for has focused on the baby.

But what about you?

There needs to be room for you in your life, too.

♡
A FOUR-WEEK GUIDED EXPERIENCE

This isn't about finding your old self.

It's not about becoming “more than a mom.”

It's not about becoming more productive, doing motherhood perfectly, or adding another list of things you're supposed to be doing.

And it's definitely not another parenting course telling you how to raise your baby.

It's about you.

In Still You, a four-week guided experience, we'll get together a small group of moms who are in a similar stage of motherhood. We'll talk honestly about what's changed, what you're struggling with, what you need, and what might help things feel a little better — and then we'll actually do something with what we uncover.

WHAT WE'LL WORK THROUGH
01 / YOU

Who am I now — and what do I need?

Motherhood changes more than your schedule. Your routines, priorities, identity, and the way you see yourself can all shift.

We'll make space to figure out what you need — and why it's been so hard to make room for it.

02 / YOUR PEOPLE

How have my relationships changed — and what do I need from them?

Motherhood changes your relationships, too. We'll look at communication, boundaries, expectations, and the mental load — and where you need something to change.

03 / YOUR VILLAGE

Who do I want around me — and how do I build a real village?

Having a village sounds great. But meaningful support doesn't just magically appear.

We'll get clear on the support you want, how to find it, and how to start building more meaningful connection.

What It Looks Like

This isn't something
you just watch.

Every week, you'll have something to think about, something to try,
and space to talk about it with other moms in the same stage.

Short Weekly Videos

A few minutes at a time, from me to you.

Watch while you're feeding the baby, nap-trapped, walking, or whenever you have an in-between moment.

Guided Reflection

Questions designed to help you get honest about what's actually going on — not just consume more advice.

Write. Type. Voice-note. However you want to get your thoughts out.

One Small Action

Because insight is great.

But we're not here just to think about things.

Each week, you'll choose something tangible to try in real life.

Wednesday Night Conversations

We'll meet live each Wednesday at 8 PM to talk through the week's theme, share what's coming up, and hear from other moms who are figuring this out alongside you.

No lectures. No pressure to have the perfect answer. Just real conversation.

Can't make it live? That's okay. Every session will be recorded.

Private WhatsApp Group

A place to share, ask questions, vent, celebrate wins, and keep the conversation going between our weekly calls.

WHY I’M MAKING THIS

I’ve seen what mothers are really carrying.

I've spent three years leading weekly meetups for new moms through Mamahood.

I've talked with hundreds of women about motherhood — the things they're comfortable saying out loud, and the things they only say once they feel safe.

And I've noticed something over and over again.

We spend an incredible amount of time preparing women to take care of their babies. We spend much less time helping them figure out how to take care of themselves.

And when moms are struggling, the answer is often more advice.

More things to do.

More things to worry about.

More reasons to wonder if everyone else is doing this better.

I don't think you need more of that.

I think you need a place where you can be honest.

Where someone can say, "Yep. Me too."

And where you can start figuring out what you actually need — and what you're going to do about it.

That's what I want Still You to be.

You deserve a space to be honest, get clear, and figure out what you need — and then actually do something about it.

I'm not here to be your expert.

You don't need another person telling you all the things you should be doing. You don't need someone listing their credentials or trying to get instagram likes or giving you another reason to worry that you're doing motherhood wrong.

There are plenty of places to find that.

That's not what I want this to be.

I'm not here to talk down to you.

I'm not here to give you a list of rules for doing motherhood "right."

I want you to feel like you're sitting down with a mom friend who gets it.

I'm gonna talk to you like we're friends.

I’m not going to put on a face for you. I’m a real mom, and guess what? There are toys on my floor, too. My shirt probably has a stain somewhere. And I know you don’t care because you’re right there with me. Why would I pretend for you, when I wouldn’t want you to pretend for me?

I'm here to be:

Someone who will hold space for you to be real.

Someone who won't judge you for however you're feeling.

Who can say, “Yep. Me too.” Who's been through some of it herself and isn't afraid to sit with you in the messy, complicated parts.

And most importantly — someone who will help you say the thing you haven't been able to say out loud — and then sit with you while you figure out what to do next.

What I Hope Is Different for You at the End

I don't promise that four weeks will magically make motherhood easy.

That's not real life.

But I do hope you'll leave feeling:

More clear about what you need.

More comfortable admitting that those needs matter.

Less alone in what you're experiencing.

More confident in your own version of motherhood.

More able to communicate what you need to the people around you.

More connected to the people who can support you.

And with a few real changes already underway.

Because you don't need to overhaul your life.

You just need to start making a little more room for yourself in it.

Is This for You?

Still You isn't for every mom — and that's okay.

Still You might be a good fit if:

  • You're roughly 3–12 months into motherhood.
  • You love your baby but are struggling with some part of this new life.
  • You're feeling overwhelmed, lonely, uncertain, disconnected from yourself—or just like something isn't quite working.
  • You have needs you struggle to acknowledge, prioritize, or communicate.
  • You find yourself wondering, "Am I doing this right?"
  • You're tired of generic advice that makes you feel like you should be doing more.
  • You're willing to be honest with yourself.
  • You're willing to spend a little time reflecting and trying something new.

This probably isn't for you if:

  • You're looking for a parenting course that tells you exactly what to do.
  • You're looking for clinical mental health support or therapy.
  • You're not interested in reflection or self-exploration.
  • You're not ready or willing to make any changes.

You don't need to have everything figured out.

You just need to be willing to get a little honest.
