Private Coaching
You don't have to figure it all out on your own.
A little one-on-one space to slow down, get clear on what you need, and make some room for yourself in this season of motherhood.
A place to start with you
Motherhood can bring up questions that don't have easy answers.
Who am I now? What do I actually need? Why am I so overwhelmed? How do I ask for help without feeling guilty? How do I make space for myself without feeling selfish?
Sometimes you don't need more advice. You need a place to slow down, say what's really going on, and have someone help you sort through it.
That's what private coaching is for.
How we'll work together
We'll start with what's actually happening.
There isn't a prescribed formula for becoming the mother you want to be. And there isn't a checklist for figuring out who you are now.
We'll start wherever you are.
Together, we'll talk through what's feeling hard, identify what you need, and work toward practical changes that feel realistic for your actual life — not an imaginary version of it.
Sometimes that might mean figuring out how to ask for more help. Sometimes it's setting a boundary, navigating a relationship, making space for something that matters to you, or simply getting clearer about what you want.
My role isn't to tell you what you should do. It's to listen, ask the right questions, help you see things differently, and support you as you decide what comes next.
Private coaching may be a good fit if...
You want a little more space to focus on yourself.
You want individualized support rather than a group experience.
There's something specific you're struggling with right now.
You feel stuck and aren't sure what needs to change.
You know what you need but have trouble actually asking for it.
You want someone to help you think through a decision, relationship, boundary, or transition.
You want support that's centered around you.
A little about me
I'm a really good listener.
I'm Sarah. I'm a mom of two and the founder of Mamahood, a Cleveland-based nonprofit that helps new and expecting moms find connection, support, and community.
For the past several years, I've spent a lot of time sitting with moms — hearing the things they say out loud and the things they sometimes don't.
I've heard about the loneliness, the resentment, the guilt, the identity shifts, the complicated relationships, and the feeling that everyone needs something from you while you're not quite sure what you need yourself.
I created private coaching because I wanted to create a little more space for those conversations — and to help women move from “I don't know what I need” to actually figuring it out.
Private Coaching
A small number of coaching spots are currently available.
I'm intentionally keeping my private coaching practice small so that I can give each client the time and attention she deserves.
If you're curious about working together, I'd love to hear a little about what's going on and what you're looking for. From there, we can decide together whether coaching feels like the right fit.
