I help new moms figure out what they need — and actually do something about it.
Because early motherhood can be everything you wanted — and still leave you wondering where you went.
Maybe you're doing okay.
And you're still not okay.
You love your baby. You might even love being a mom. And still, something feels a little off.
“I just don't know who I am anymore.”
“Why is this so hard?”
“Am I doing a bad job?”
“Why do my needs always come last?”
“Why is asking for help so damn hard?”
If you've thought any of those things, you're not doing motherhood wrong.
You're a person navigating one of the biggest changes of your life — and almost everything you've been taught to prepare for has focused on the baby.
But what about you?
There needs to be room for you in your life, too.
A different kind of support
You probably don't need more advice.
I don't think you need another person telling you what you should be doing.
There is no shortage of advice for mothers. What to do. What not to do. What you're probably doing wrong. What you absolutely need to know.
And some of it is useful. But sometimes advice just gives us another standard to measure ourselves against.
I think you need space to figure out what's actually true for you.
What you need. What's not working. What you wish were different. What you're ready to change.
Not because someone else told you what the answer should be. Because you figured it out for yourself.
That's the kind of guidance I'm interested in.
So what do you actually need?
What do you need right now?
What isn't working?
What are you putting up with that you don't actually have to?
What have you been afraid to say out loud?
And what would change if you stopped assuming that your needs were supposed to come last?
That's the work I'm interested in.
Not giving you another list of things you should be doing.
Helping you get honest enough to figure out what you need — and then helping you do something about it.
Feel seen. Get clear. Make a change.
Feel Seen
First, you need somewhere you can be honest.
You can say the thing that you worry sounds ungrateful. The thing that makes you feel selfish. The thing you haven't even admitted to yourself yet.
No judgment. No fixing. No pretending.
Just room to tell the truth.
Get Clear
Once you can be honest about what's actually going on, we can start figuring out what's underneath it.
What do you truly need? What matters to you? What isn't working anymore? What are you carrying that's weighing on you?
What do you want to be different?
Make a Change
And then we do something with it.
Maybe that's asking your partner for something you need. Maybe it's setting a boundary. Maybe it's letting go of something you've been trying to control.
Maybe it's reaching out to someone and saying, “I need you.”
It doesn't have to be huge. It just has to be real.
She helped me externalize what had been internalized for quite some time, and once that vision for my life had been brought to the forefront I could start to make progress toward achieving it.

A little about me
I'm not here to tell you how to be a better mom.
I'm here to help you figure out how to be you.
I've spent four years sitting with moms, and I've spent a lot of time sitting with myself, too.
I'm a mom of two and the founder of Mamahood, a Cleveland community for new and expecting mothers. Over the years, I've had hundreds of conversations with women about what motherhood is actually like.
I've heard the things moms say out loud. And I've heard the things they say quietly, after someone else has finally said the thing they were afraid to say.
I've also done my own share of figuring it out the hard way.
I don't have motherhood figured out. I'm not going to pretend I do.
But I've gotten pretty good at helping women figure out what's actually going on underneath the thing they're saying — and what they want to do about it.
I don't think you need someone with all the answers. I think you need someone who can listen closely enough to help you hear yourself.
Working with Sarah has taught me how to change or let go of the things in my life that don't serve me, rather than swallowing them and accepting them as “the way it is.” I have a sense of control over my life and no longer feel as if things are just happening to me.
You don't have to become someone new.
Motherhood changes you.
Of course it does.
Your priorities change. Your relationships change. Your body changes. Your time changes. Your sense of yourself can change.
Sometimes you love the changes.
Sometimes you miss the person you were before them.
Sometimes you're incredibly grateful for your life and completely overwhelmed by it.
Sometimes you feel like you're doing a great job and have absolutely no idea what you're doing.
I don't think the answer is finding your old self again.
And I don't think the answer is becoming “more than a mom.”
I think the answer is figuring out how to be you in this new life.
A Motherhood Reset
You don't need to find your old self.
You need to figure out how to be yourself in this new life.
Still You is a four-week guided experience for moms ready to stop just getting through motherhood and start figuring out what they actually need to feel more grounded, supported, and like themselves in this new chapter.
It's not another parenting course. It's not therapy.
It's not about becoming a better, more productive, more organized version of yourself.
It's a chance to slow down, get honest, figure out what you need, and actually make some changes.
We'll explore:
You
Who am I now? How am I navigating this identity shift? And what do I need?
Your People
How has motherhood changed my relationships — and what do I need from the people around me?
Your Village
Where is my village? What does a “village” even look like these days, and how do I build one?
Throughout this program, you'll get short videos, guided reflection, practical actions, & live conversations with me.
